Jennifer M. Sike

Jennifer Sike received her J.D. in 2002 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.  Ms. Sike began her career in advocacy while in law school when she chaired the Women’s Caucus and organized a noteworthy fundraising event benefiting local disadvantaged women and children and victims of domestic violence.  Ms. Sike also volunteered her time assisting local tenants with real estate and landlord issues.

Since graduating form law school, Ms. Sike has handled numerous cases in the areas of business, real estate, construction, employment, and complex litigation.  Ms. Sike now uses her diverse legal background and experiences to focus on representing management clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, including matters involving retaliation, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage-and-hour issues before state and federal courts and government agencies.

In addition to practicing law, Ms. Sike is also an active community advocate serving as the Chair for the San Mateo County Bar Association’s Community Affairs Committee from 2007 – 2009.  In addition, since 2005 Ms. Sike has been a member of the board of directors of the San Mateo County Bar Association Barristers and also serves on the Executive Committee of the Women Lawyers' Section of the San Mateo County Bar Association.  Together with these organizations, Ms. Sike organizes and participates in a number of events every year benefiting charitable organizations in the Bay Area such as My New Red Shoes, Shelter Network, and Samaritan House.
