Joseph P. Sbuttoni III Phone: 760.891.1240 Joe Sbuttoni is a Senior Associate in the San Diego office of Fine, Boggs & Perkins LLP. Mr. Sbuttoni received his JD from the University of Tennessee in 1994. After graduating law school, Mr. Sbuttoni worked for the National Labor Relations Board field office in Indianapolis, Indiana for over five years, investigating and prosecuting charges arising under the National Labor Relations Act. Mr. Sbuttoni currently advises and represents a broad range of employers and executives regarding labor and employment matters, including employment law litigation, labor relations, contract negotiations, arbitrations, NLRB representation cases and unfair labor practice matters, workplace violence, loss prevention and management training , wage and hour issues, and associated litigation. Mr. Sbuttoni has been a member of the California bar since May, 2001. |
