Ned A. Fine Phone: 650.712.8908 Ned Fine is a Partner in the San Francisco Bay Area office of Fine, Boggs & Perkins LLP. Prior to establishing the firm, Mr. Fine served for 19 years as the resident managing partner in the San Francisco Bay Area office of a national labor and employment firm. Mr. Fine received his B.A. from Tufts University in 1962 and his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1970, where he was a member of the Law Review and graduated Order of the Coif. He has lectured frequently on the subject of wrongful discharge, employment discrimination and harassment, union issues, wage and hour compliance and other employment law issues. Mr. Fine has also authored materials for California Continuing Education of the Bar programs on Labor and Employment Law Issues and Employment Disputes for the General Practitioner. In his more than 30 years of practice, Mr. Fine has handled hundreds of administrative charges before various government agencies including the National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Labor Standards Enforcement, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mr. Fine has also defended employers in numerous civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. |
