Daniel J. Padova began his legal career in 1995 with the insurance defense firm Gilbert, Kelly, Crowley & Jennett in Orange, California. He moved his practice to Engstrom, Lipscomb & Lack in Los Angeles in 1996 and established Padova Law Corporation in June 2000. Mr. Padova joined CNA as a Senior Trial Attorney in February of 2011 and currently practices with Fine, Boggs & Perkins litigating employment related cases from San Francisco to San Diego. A substantial focus of Mr. Padova’s practice has been on labor & employment law matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and wage and hour litigation. He has handled complex commercial matters such as trade secret, unfair competition, class actions, and contract disputes. Mr. Padova represents clients in both State and Federal Courts as well as before the Employment Development Department, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mr. Padova is a member of the Labor & Employment Law and Litigation Sections of the California Lawyers Association. He is licensed to practice before the California Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of the State of California.
